DMCA Compliance and Copyright Policy

Introduction

At All in One Renovations, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable copyright laws, we have adopted a policy of removing content that infringes others' copyright and, in appropriate circumstances, terminating the accounts of repeat infringers.

Copyright Infringement Notification

If you believe that your copyright has been infringed upon by our online service, you may submit a formal notification of claimed copyright infringement to us. To be effective, the notification must include the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorised to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material.
4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
5. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorised to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notice and Restoration of Material

If you believe that the content that was removed or to which access was disabled is not infringing, or you believe you have the copyright owner's permission to use and publish such content, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to our designated agent:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification of the content.
4. Please include your name, address, and telephone number, as well as a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in [Jurisdiction] and will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.

If a counter-notice is received by our designated agent, we may send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party, informing them that we may replace the removed content or cease disabling it in 10 business days. Unless our designated agent receives notice from the original complaining party that an action has been filed seeking a court order to restrain the content provider, member, or user from engaging in infringing activity relating to the content on our system or network, we may replace or restore access to the content in 10 to 14 business days after receiving the counter-notice.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, All in One Renovations has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

Modification of Policy

All in One Renovations reserves the right to modify the terms of this policy at any time and to enforce this policy in accordance with its terms.
